Usual and Accustomed Places CLIP

Examines Native treaty rights which granted natives the ability to fish in their “usual and accustomed places” which have been broken repeatedly throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. Presents each of the six treaties in Washington State and the consequences for the Natives displaced by each.
